Q: What is the Priceless Toronto program?

A: Priceless Toronto is a new MasterCard® program that provides MasterCard cardholders with priceless experiences such as preferred access to restaurants, shopping, sporting events and much more. Take some time to visit www.mastercard.ca/pricelesstoronto

Q: How do I enroll?

A: Simply visit www.mastercard.ca/pricelesstoronto. Once you register with a World or World Elite MasterCard® Card, you can gain access to World & World Elite MasterCard offers and experiences. If you have any other MasterCard card, you can participate in Priceless Toronto as well and can sign up for our emails and receive information about new priceless offers and experiences and our monthly newsletter.

Q: How do I take advantage of the benefits?

A: As a World or World Elite MasterCard Cardholder, you will need to register for access to World & World Elite MasterCard experiences. For other MasterCard offers simply purchase the experience by using your MasterCard card.

Q: I have a World or World Elite MasterCard card. Why did the system say I do not have one?

A: You only need to add the first 6 digits of your MasterCard card if you are a World or World Elite MasterCard cardholder. You can see if your card is one of the World or World Elite MasterCard cards by scrolling through the images in the registration module. If your card is a World or World Elite MasterCard card but is not being recognized, please re-try and if you receive the same message please email us at customer_inquiries@mastercard.com and we will investigate.

Q: Why did the site show my World Elite MasterCard card as invalid?

A: Please try to re-enter your card number again. If after three tries you receive the same message, please contact your financial institution.

Q: I have a World Elite card why did the system say I do not have one?

A: Please re-enter your card number and check your card to see that it says World Elite on the front or back of the card. If after three tries you receive the same message, please contact your financial institution.

Questions regarding general enrollment and usage

Q: How do I enroll?

A: If you have a World, World Elite, Credit, Corporate or Prepaid MasterCard card, you can enrol to receive our program emails and monthly newsletters so that you're informed about the latest offers from Priceless Toronto.

Q: Will my account be deleted due to inactivity?

A: No, you can login and go to your Profile to manage your account. Only you can delete your account.

Q: Can I register multiple cards?

A: Registration is only required for a World or World Elite MasterCard cardholder. You cannot register more than one MasterCard card.

Q: How do I unregister from the program and not receive any more email or other information from MasterCard?

A: Please login and go to your Profile to manage your account. You cannot unregister but you can delete your account. If you choose to delete your account, you will no longer receive emails regarding the Priceless Toronto program.

General FAQ / Membership

Q: How do I know if I have a World or World Elite MasterCard card?

A: Simply check the front panel of your card for the words "World" or "World Elite" and the red and yellow circles that represent the MasterCard brand mark. Also, you can see if your card is one of the World or World Elite MasterCard cards by scrolling through the images in the registration module. If you are still unsure, please call your financial institution directly to confirm.

Q: How do I update my personal account information?

A: To update your personal information, please log into your Priceless Toronto account then click on your "My Profile" tab. If you then click on "Personal Settings", this is where you can update your personal information, from your email address and your postal code to your password and your account preferences.

Please note that any changes you make to your password will be effective the next time you sign in.

Q: What is the Priceless Toronto Privacy Policy?

Q: Why do I need to register?

A: There are two types of registration.

Registration is required as some of the offers and content on the site are exclusively for World & World Elite MasterCard cardholders who are residents of Canada (excluding Quebec).

You can also register to sign up for email alert, and membership for email communications for MasterCard offers and experiences. We are constantly updating the site with new offers, content and experiences.

What if I have a MasterCard from another country than the Ca?

This program is for Canadian based cardholders (excluding Quebec).

Q: What happens if I sign up for email?

A: You sign up for email alerts based on the categories that you have selected as your preferences and our monthly program newsletter. The emails will keep you in the know regarding new offers or experiences that have been added to the www.mastercard.ca/pricelesstoronto website.

Q: Will my MasterCard card be charged if I register?

A: No. While your MasterCard BIN card number is required for registration, your card will not be charged.

Q: I am nervous about submitting my personal information for registration?

A: MasterCard is committed to maintaining the security of the personal information collected on Priceless Toronto. We have implemented technical, physical and administrative safeguards to protect the personal information we collect online. We store personal information on a secure server behind a firewall that is not directly connected to the Internet.

Q: How will my personal information be used?

A: Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Global Privacy Policy.

Q: Do I need to re-register for the program when my card is renewed?

A: You do not need to re-register your card for the program as long as your card number has not changed.

If your card number has changed please be sure to log back into the Priceless Toronto site with your username and password. When you get to the Welcome Page, click on "Edit Your Profile" in the left hand navigation and click on the link to change your MasterCard BIN number, which consists of the first six digits of your card.

Q: Will my password ever expire?

A: Yes, your password will expire every 60 days. You will be prompted to reset it upon login.

Offer or Purchase Inquiry

Q: How do I manage my email reminders?

A: At any time you can personalize your subscription to receive emails that match your interests. Just sign in and click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the Web site, then click on the Email Settings options.

Q: How do I redeem offers?

A: When you click on an offer you like, you will be provided with instructions and information about how to take advantage of it. Certain offers are purchased through Priceless Toronto and others are purchased through a third party merchant. The offer terms and conditions will provide this information.

Q: How do I take advantage of the benefits?

A: Most offers are open to all MasterCard cardholders but if you have a World or World Elite MasterCard card there are some offers only available to you. We only require registration from World & World Elite MasterCard cardholders. For other MasterCard offers simply purchase the experience by using your MasterCard card.

Q: What do I do if a merchant did not honour an offer/experience available on the Priceless Toronto site?

A: Offer restrictions may apply. Please refer back to the offer/experience Terms and Conditions page or contact customer service to resolve the matter.

Q: What is the policy for cancellations and refunds?

A: Each offer contains its own cancellation and refund policy in the Terms and Conditions depending on the nature of the offer. Please read through the Terms and Conditions and look at your email confirmation to see if your experience can be changed or cancelled. Q: How do I opt out of the Priceless Toronto program after I have enrolled?

A: Please login and go to your Profile to delete your account. If you choose to delete your account, you will no longer receive emails regarding the Priceless Toronto program.

Q: I would like to opt out of receiving Priceless Toronto emails. How can I do that?

A: If you decide that you would like to opt out of emails for the Priceless Toronto program, simply login to www.mastercard.ca/pricelesstoronto and go to My Account to edit your email preferences. However, since many of the offers are available for a limited time only, we recommend opting in to receive emails regarding offers from Priceless Toronto.
